Skills and Talent Accelerator Program
Overview
Are you looking to develop your skills and talents? Or are you interested in helping others develop their own skills? The Skills and Talent Accelerator Program might be for you!
As part of this program, you'll help your peers, who will be people from a range of backgrounds and industries. You'll get to know them, their specific goals and aspirations, and help them get there by providing 1-on-1 coaching sessions. You'll also participate in self-assessment sessions, which will help you both evaluate where you are now as well as identify the steps you need to take in order to reach your goals.
The program lasts 3 weeks, and at the end of it, you and your cohort will have developed new skills, a strong network of peers from a range of industries, and new methods for coaching yourself when you need it most.

This program will help participants find something new they love, or better understand what they already love. They’ll have access to tools that can help them work on their craft and get better at it. They’ll also be exposed to professionals who have found success in their industry, so they can learn the ins and outs of pursuing a career in the field through conversations with experts. Program areas include: Fashion, product design, bakery and cookery, communication skills, business management and app development.
